Water, gluten-free flour blend (modified tapioca starch, potato starch, corn starch, brown rice flour), seed and grain mix (sunflower seeds, whole millet, brown rice, flax seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds), sugars (dextrose, cane sugar), sunflower oil, psyllium husk, yeast, pea fibre, modified cellulose, salt, rice bran, cultured cane sugar, cellulose gum, vinegar.
This product is free from: peanuts, tree-nuts, milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), soy, coconut and sesame!

Our bread is packed from the freezer and thaws on its way to you. It is normal to see a little remaining condensation inside the bread bags. The bread has a 7 day shelf life, so put the loaves you don’t plan on eating soon back in the freezer for up to 6 months. The other loaf you can leave on your counter.
