Water, gluten-free flour blend (modified tapioca starch, brown rice flour, potato starch, corn starch), sugars (cane sugar), dried sweetened blueberries (blueberries, cane sugar, sunflower oil), sunflower oil, psyllium husk, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate), pea fiber, natural flavour, modified cellulose, salt, rice bran, yeast, cellulose gum, cultured cane sugar.
This product is free from: peanuts, tree-nuts, milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), soy, coconut and sesame!

Our bagels are packed from the freezer and thaws on its way to you. It is normal to see a little remaining condensation inside the bagel bags. The bagels have a 7 day shelf life, so put the bagels you don’t plan on eating soon back in the freezer for up to 6 months. The other bagels you can leave on your counter.
